Hi guys! I have been on SparkPeople before, but never really delved into the support aspect of it. Maybe that's why it hasn't stuck. Or that I haven't met any weight loss goals! So, please, friend me!! I need more!!

I have started C25K twice before also. I have made it to the 3 and 5 minute runs and have had other things come up and I just stopped running. My best friend, Kristi, started running a year ago and has lost a ton of weight and is so healthy now. I found out about this through a consultant that came to my work. The first time I met her, she was large and unhealthy looking. Then 3 months later she came back to do some followup, and she was looking so amazing, like weight had just melted off her. She told me what she was up to and I have always wanted to finish the program. I hope this is the time for me!!

There is a 5k in my town in February. I am in my 2nd week of runs now at about 5 mph. I can't wait to see how fit I can get by the time of the run! Good luck and I hope to meet many of you!
