Hi! I'm another one who has started and restarted couch to 5k several times. I decided that this is my last restart. I start week 3 tonight and I'm loving it! I signed up for a 5k on November 10th too. I figured that would help keep me accountable.

Hi GCP129! I just joined this group as well, and like you have had several attempts at the C25K program. I am already on day 3, and feel great. This time I'm really focused and have decided its time to start setting goals. As long as I get the motivation I'm looking for I think it will really help me stay on track this time! Good Luck!

Hi All: I'm new to this group. I've been a member of spark people for some time now but never gave it 100% of my effort. I've started the Couch 25k program three times now. I just reset again this morning. I've never made it through week 1.

I'm recently unemployed and having nothing but time on my hands. I am hoping all these life changes can include some weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. emoticon
