Welcome Kristi,

I'm in Week 5,and I love your saying "You don't have to go fast…you just have to go." That is how I feel, my pace is very slow but I'm getting stronger every week. And I look forward to the challenge. I've also signed up for a 5K, On Oct 6th, I will be "running" for a cure with a friend of mine who is a breast cancer survivor.

I agree with Ali_p7 it is a great program.

Hello! I'm Kristi. This is my second week on SparkPeople and I'm doing the couch to 5k program with the zen labs C25k app. I just completed week 2 day 2 today. I'm signing up for a 5k on November 10th. I should be out of the c25k for 3 weeks by then and it seemed like a good way to stay motivated when things get too hard.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all. :-)
