Hello everyone, I just joined SparkPeople yesterday. I have been given the desire to be fit.

I have been doing Zumba classes since Saturday in June 15th and recently added more days of exercise to my routine. I now workout a total of 3 days a week. Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday. My best friend and I have decided we are going to run a marathon and are training for that as well as getting fit for ourselves.

I have a better eating habit, thanks to the corporate fast at my church, and I am working towards my fitness goal. I would like to tone up, loose my tummy, and loose about 85 pounds.

Any suggestions, workout tips, diet plans, trainings, and any motivation is accepted, needed, and wanted.

Glad to be a part of the group.
