Good luck and it's great you're starting gain. It is never too late to get back into the groove. Take it easy

Hello Everyone! While I am not a complete newbie to running I have been inactive for sometime. To get back in shape and start running again I am opting to use the Zombies Run 5k Training app. I used couch to 5k once before and had great success but found it a bit boring and struggled to complete due to lack of motivation. I hope that adding the element of zombies and missions to complete will not only motivate me but help me prepare for a December 14th race I have signed myself up for. Well it is nice to be here and hopefully we can all get this done together.
