emoticon C25K is a great program! What really helped me was to register for a 5K race. I gave myself a couple of extra weeks in case I had to repeat any weeks while training. Good luck!!

Hello all! I am somewhat new to Sparkpeople, and I am seeking support and community to be able to a-incorporate fitness into my every day life, and b-succeed in the C25K program! Any advice/stories to share for success? I am a 20 year old college student with a pretty stressful calendar, but I love yoga, and eating well, and now am determined to become more physically fit! I am inspired and ready for this journey.
