Hi there I was referred to this group by a few other sparkers. I dont have a gym to work out at so ive only been walking and doing some workout videos. I want to start making things more difficult or I worry I wont lose weight and get stuck at a plateau. I want to try to start running! This has never ever crossed my mind because I have always been awful at it. I hope to become a runner soon!
