I made it through the C25K in the 9 weeks (the last time I tried it) and then got injured on my 3rd run. This means that I'm sort of starting all over again this week. Give yourself time. It will come eventually.

The cool thing about this program is that you can do it at your pwn pace. The weeks are guidelines and many repeat weeks throughout the program.
All my best to you on your journey

I'm new to the couch to 5K app, I started and completed week one but could not move on to week 2 due to coming down with an awful cold which my husband then got and it turned in to bronchitis for him. Running alone has been a difficult thing to motivate myself to do. My husband isn't feeling tip top just yet but I have been back at the gym and doing spin classes and boxing with my personal trainer to hold myself over until he is ready to run. I'm hoping to be motivated by the community here. And hopefully motivate others as well!
