That's a full plate you have. Always ensure you take a little you time and go for a walk or something. Also something I have learned is food is a lot easier cut than you might think. I started with a normal serving that I was getting and cutting it in half. Made a huge difference. Then I cut out the late night snacks. All my best to you in your journey
