Patty,
That is a great way to go about it. It really is about a lifestyle change. You will be amazed at the energy you will have 6 months from now. All my best to you on your journey
Steve

I started this program last Spring, then I went back to school in the Fall, so now I am returning again this Spring.

Both my boys are in Track & Field. One is a mid- long-distance runner and the other is a shot-putter but will casually run anything from 100 to 3200 meters. :)

I'm embarrassed to run in public, but since I'm not a celebrity, no one is going to be taking pictures of me so what the heck. I have my playlists on my iPod from last year, so I will be starting the program tomorrow after work. Yay!

My MAIN GOAL this year is to try something new every week. I plan to COMPLETE this C25K program, which would be a new thing for me because I tend to lose interest and give up on most exercise programs.

I'm looking at this program differently. It's not an exercise program, but a new lifestyle that I can share with my kids. I have a feeling it's going to take me places that I've never been before (literally and figuratively).

Cheers,
Patty
