I know what you mean -- it's actually fun! I was just starting to get into my runs and the timer would go off! Good luck with future training, but I know you can do it!

Why did I wait so long to start???!!! I started day one today and IT WAS NOT THAT BAD!! I have an app on my phone and I was always surprised when they said to start walking. I felt like I could run longer.

My issue is trying to find a good place to run.
Right now it is on a sidewalk up and down. Any other suggestions?? Thanks
