I finished week one today and it was easier today than earlier in the week and I hope it wasnt just because I was running indoors. No matter, I am going to push on to week 2 and see how it goes.

Set your own pace Lady and you will reach your goal!

Way to go. I am starting today and came here for inspiration and tips. I am overweight so am also going to take it slow and steady on my elliptical... sounds like a plan we can all stick to.

Hi all, I just finished day one of the couch to 5k program. I did all the runs (if we can call it running) and at times thought I might die on the trail but I did it! Hope it gets easier over time and I can see myself needing to do some weeks twice. I am not going to pressure myself and just take it one session at a time. I hope I can do it! emoticon
