I am on week 4 day 1. It is amazing what you can do with a little motivation, especially when it is a Zombie. Keep it up and never give up. It gets more intense as it goes, I have had to stop running and just walk the last 30 seconds a couple of times, but I keep pushing myself, it also helps to have someone run with you.

Thanks!! I just finished day WK 1 DY 2, and man I have to admit, this feels good, finished off with a few minutes of boxing the bag, oh ya, feeling good!!

Hi Everyone! My daughter started track lastnight, as I watched from the sideline, I thought, I Should be doing this too. SO, bit the bullet....and here I am! Looking forward to getting started and meeting people, encouraging and to be encouraged!!
