I started W2D1 today. I am 48 and didn't think I could ever be a runner still not sure I like it either, but I needed to boost my metabolism. I hope it works

I start week 7 today. My first 5K is planned for June 8th. I figure once I finish the 9 week C25K training, I can start working on my speed. Good luck!

Hehe I've been running 7 or 8 months and I'm sometimes still not sure I like it!
I think the point is the feeling of achieving something awesome that you get at the end of the run, at least that's what keeps me coming back for more :p

Hello. I am new to running, and honestly not sure I like it (although I love to walk), but I got the idea in my head I was going to do a 5k before I turn 40. I am in week 8 right now and hoping I can increase my speed.
