Hi everyone! I'm new to this group, but familiar with C25K. I'm currently in week 5 and have day 2's run tonight! I'm excited to make new beginning running friends here! I'm nervous for w5d3 since its the first 20 minute straight run... I've never ran more than 12 minutes without stopping before, but I am feeling ready for this!! Lets do this team!
