My name is Molly and I live in the Finger Lakes in New York. Just signed up to do my very first 5K in April - The Color Vibe in Rochester. Looks like a VERY fun place to start.

Hi, I just started this week as well, waiting for a few degrees more warmth before getting out to do week 1 day 2. I am running a race in April with some friends at work. I felt great day 1, sore yesterday (rest day), and still a little sore today, but feeling better. Good luck to everyone!

Welcome to the team.

I just completed Week 1 day 3 today it wasnt easy I tied it in with a 6.19 total walk. So feel sore now.

Hi! I'm also just starting up the C25K again after having started it and stopped it before. My friend and I are planning to run a 5k in July, so I've completed W1 so far and excited to keep the motivation going and to have a friend to be accountable to. I'm happy to be a part of this team! WTG... Technically I'm not planned yet but I'm doing the warrior dash in September. So I'm trying to get myself through the run to the obstacles at this point so the C210K will help.

I just did my W1 D2 Yesterday! I feel better today on this run than I did on my first....I still feel achy but i hope that will go away soon! And Grats on your day 2 emoticon Are yu going to run any 5k Races? I am going to do my first one in April here in portland I am so looking forward to it!

Hello Team,

I am currently training to run a 5k race that is taking place in April. I have more than enough time to get through the training and have some extra time left over to help me improve. I got 3 other people who are training with me but a little extra support never hurts.

That's not sweat, it's my fat cells crying!
