Be sure to stretch slowly & carefully and drink plenty of fluids before starting out.

Do you have a C25K audio for your iPod, mp3 player or phone? I found it to be very helpful.

I think it's a great program!

Hi, I grew up playing sports and ran with that, but I never ran just to run. Every year I see people in my city participating in the Shamrock Run and have always wanted to do it too. I admire runners, and have decided to try this program. Tomorrow is my first day. So here goes nothing
