Welcome to the team! It's nice to have a C25K vet here! I'm still working though my first time around, but I'll get there! Week 5 seems more of a mental challenge than a physical one, but we'll see.

Again, welcome and welcome back to C25K. I'm sure you'll be on the 10K program in no time!

Hello! I'm new to the group. I'm on week 2 of a Couch to 5k plan. I made it to the end once and look forward to doing it again. Hopefully I can start a Couch to 10k after this one!
