I vote for doing week 1 again. If you push to hard you will end of with injuries. Nothing wrong with going at your own pace and avoiding injury. We didn't get out of shape overnight and we can't get back into top shape overnight either. You will get there and remember to recognize daily your accomplishments no matter how small. emoticon

Started Monday on C25K...Monday was no problem. Today, W1d3 I only managed half the program due to some leg pain and being out of breath. I had NO idea how out of shape I've become. So the question is....do I try week one again next week? Or....plow through to Week 2?

Thoughts anyone?
