haha I like that philosophy. But yes, I shall add 'in case someone chases me' to the reasons why I need to get up to running speed.

Yay! Congrats to you both! I am still working on the ability to run IN CASE I am chased!
Although on the bright side... they would bring me back asap when they caught me!

I haven't been on Spark in ages. I have pretty much deleted everything and started over, but remained a member of this group because I started Couch to 5K last week. I am on Week 2 Day 1 and really can't believe I am still doing it. I wanted to do this program before but never got past the first day. My philosphy until this point has pretty much been that I don't run unless I am being chased. emoticon Now I am doing this to prove to myself that I can. Good luck to everyone with all of your goals!
