I need to start again, somewhere around week 4 I guess. it's been so hot - 90's every day and my schedule has been crazy - I finished once, several weeks ago. I can do this again.

Here is another returning runner =) I am so impressed with your 60 pound loss!! I have just been losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds, and need to change up things.

Sophia - emoticon back! You did it before so you know you can do it again. Time to shake things up. You have done great so far on your journey! You will reach your goal - sometimes slower is better because it is a lifestyle your living and it will stay off that way once you reach your goal. Bless you on your great healthy journey. Be proud of what you've accomplished so far! emoticon

I've done this programme before, last year, and I really enjoyed it.
It was very motivating, challenging and I felt good about achieving something with every session.
I also liked having the structure. I have stalled at around 60lb lost, and I want to get the scale moving again. I need some routine and a plan to follow, so this seems like the way to go again. I have to learn to be disciplined with my eating also in order to succeed, but this will be a step in the right direction I'm sure.
