Hope the knee is OK. Your story sounds like mine. The day I decided to join the gym and get in shape I hurt myself. Trainer was showing be around the gym and I missed the last step. End result 2 chipped bones and pulled ligaments. A long time to heal but it didn't stop me. So wishing you the best and a great journey. emoticon emoticon

My name's Hannah, I'm 24 and I've probably jogged/run for about 2 hours total of my adult life. I've got this mindset that I CAN'T run, so I've been telling myself that I wouldn't enjoy it, nobody I see out running ever looks happy, I'd probably just hurt myself blah blah.
But after reading so many SP blogs about running I've got itchy feet. I really want to try it and see if I actually CAN run.
Of course, the day I decide to start running is the day I hurt my knee. Not even running, I was just walking up some stairs and my knee went nuts. Gutted. I've booked an appointment at the doctors so hopefully they can sort me out and I can start this C25K as soon as possible!
