No surprise, it's Hot in Atlanta but then again it seems to be hot all over the US. Found this site and looks like a lot of great tips and sharing going on here. With a day of thunderstorms it seems like a good time to get back on my indoor treadmill, plan and do my bowflex strength training too. DH and I are both retired and we will celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary shortly, 25 July 2012. We decided to get back into Golf to get us out of the house and outside doing something we used to enjoy. More exercise -via treadmill and bowflex will give me (and he exercises too) a better level of fitness to do well with Golf. Not going to be "on tour" but certainly better fitness means more flexibility and endurance to enjoy a full round of golf.

I don't have a 5k lined up but DH and I will be doing the Track Walk Labor Day for Children's Charities, NASCAR at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It was a blast to do last year.

Back to some more SP surfing and getting myself in gear for a rainy day indoors and home projects. Karen emoticon emoticon
