Hi Everyone! I'm new to the team and to Couch to 5K. I'm hoping to get myself running although I haven't really been able to for the past few years. I had surgery on my foot for a torn plantar fascia two summers ago and then was pregnant last year. I'm nervous about the foot pain but I'm hoping that exercise and weightloss makes it feel better. I did complete day one of the program and even did it in 95 degree weather while pushing my infant in a stroller!! I feel like that is a great start. :)

It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing, it takes 8 weeks for friends and family, and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world. KEEP GOING!
