I just started this week too. I have complete the first 2 days. I thought I would die after the first day because the arthritis in my knees hurt really bad, but after resting 2 days I did day 2 and felt SO much better! Less overall pain and the knees felt stronger. I'm looking forward to "running" day 3 tonight or tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I am new to running have just begun the C25K program. I am thrilled that I can run at all. I am not running on a treadmill I hate them. I am running out doors. I have a 3.7 and 4.5 mile walking areas in my neighborhood that I use and there are hills.

I love the scenery and I love running with my 2 year old Golden Retriever Max. He loves it and we are enjoying learning together. He is not a runner either..LOL!

I am anxious to get some pointers here and help keep my confidence going in the right direction!
