I used the visual of me running a race so many times to get through the C25K program...every time I was struggling and wanted to quit, I just went back to my mental race picture! :-) It worked WONDERS!!!

Hey! We should all have a goal to run towards! Mine's running after my daughter without wheezing, and no joint aches would be nice too!

The older I get the wider the horizon seems...

What is pushing me towards all of this progress is the picture of me I can see when I am running several miles. I see toned legs and a tighter butt!!! And....a Big SMile on my face!!! :) !!!!!
