Welcome!

We are all using the Couch to 5K program located at coolrunning.com. The program consists of 9 weeks of training to prepare yourself to run a total of 5K...3.1 or 3.2 miles...I am not to sure about the exact distance.

You will see for the message boards that people post updates from their weekly progress through the program. So, we encourage you to do the same.

Feel free to post questions that you may encounter while completing the program!

Hi everyone. I'm just starting...and i'm seeing that people are on various weeks - is that a plan that you guys are on? is there a weekly plan that is recommended? how should i get started with this?
