Congratulations! Did you notice anything change in your life to cause the weight to move again? More exercise? Different foods? Whatever it is, keep it up!!

Even though I am the leader of this group, I am no longer in this weight category. I need to work my way back down into it as well.

I have been at 168-169 for the past 2 weeks and wanted to make sure the scale was staying below 170 for a while before I joined. So tickled to finally be here!! After being stuck at 183 for 3 years, suddenly in the last 6 months, the weight has begun falling off again. Now, I'm so close to my goal, it's actually kind of scary. I'm afraid to get excited just in case I get stuck again. But hey, being stuck in the 160s is still better than being stuck in the 180s right?

My goals-
1st 5%: -11 lbs = 212 MET!
2nd 5%: - 10.6lbs= 201.4 MET!
3rd 5%- 10.7= 190.7 MET!
4th 5% - 9.5 = 181.2 MET!
5th 5% - 9.06 = 172.14 MET!
6th 5% - 8.60 = 163.54
