Hi everyone. I love tea...and like to blend different flavors especially in the summer. I tried Yogi, Republic of Tea and there's also Stash.

I know! I also like Yogi Teas. I knew there was another one. Republic of Tea has free shipping on $50 a few times a year. It also can be found in some stores. The place I've seen it here in Madison is a kitchen shop. I've seen Yogi Teas in grocery stores and also at a co-op pharmacy.

Thank you Jeanette!!! I did not know about Republic of Tea before. I checked out their site, and now I am so excited to try their tea. I found some full-leaf green teas that I am considering. It's tough to choose. I wish I could do a virtual taste test with each one. :)

I enjoyed your blog and agree on lots of points. I drink coffee too now, but for at least the first 30-40 years of my life I was a tea drinker only, yet never ordered it out because of the tea bag/tepid water problem. Even coffee shops served tea that tasted like coffee. But maybe because I live in a college town with people from all over the world I can find good tea at restaurants and coffee shops. Well, ok, it's gonna be a bag at a restaurant, but not in a coffee shop. Or tea room. I also don't get the keurig thing. I try to avoid hot plastic as much as possible.
Have you tried The Republic of Tea for teas? I am sure other people on the team will have other ideas for you too.

Hi everyone! I am a big fan of tea, so I am happy to be a part of your team!

I just wrote a blog post about tea in America becoming so productized:

I would love to get additional ideas for making healthy teas with plant-based ingredients... Such as leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, etc. instead of artificial and "natural" flavors in lot of today's tea products.
