WHAT IS YOUR GOAL WEIGHT: 210, 199 I will know when I get there. I am fairly short, so need to get under 150 at least. I only focus on ten pounds at a time.

MARITAL STATUS: Married 19 years.

KIDS: five between the two of us and seven grandchildren.

PETS: two dogs (Buddy and Sasha), two cats, (they also belong to several neighbors), two katahdin sheep for mowing the hillside (Freckles and Ceasar) and one tailess raccoon named Stubby (She also belongs to a couple other neighbors).

WHERE DO YOU LIVE: In the country near St. Helens, Oregon. I did live in Portland for 17 years, so I saw a little more of the world... not much though.

DO YOU ESTABLISH MINI GOALS FOR YOURSELF: Yes. I can't look at the big picture. That is why I joined this team.

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: Going out to lunch with friends and kids and grandkids. Had the most yummy half avocado sandwich with tasty green tea in a British Tea House recently. It was delightful and healthy and not too many calories. The atmosphere was wonderful and service excellent. I also like to get pedicures when I can afford them. Buying new clothes is another great reward. Hubby take pictures of me so I can see the difference losing 25 pounds has made. I also donated all the size 24 clothing. That was rewarding.

FAVORITE FOOD: I can't decide! Italian, Thai, Mexican, Sushi, Indian, Chinese, my mom's German cuisine...

FAVORITE VEGGIE: Broccoli, tomatoes, red bell peppers, eggplant.

FAVORITE FRUIT: Pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, oranges.

WHEN DO YOU LIKE TO EXERCISE: Either late am (10-11) or mid-afternoon.

DO YOU ESTABLISH MINI GOALS FOR YOURSELF: Yes, and I'm actually pretty good at sticking to them!

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: When I first started losing weight, I only picked small rewards, like a new color nail polish, an iTunes gift card and stuff along those lines. Now I get new clothes, shoes, books and fitness equipment. My upcoming reward for 55lbs lost will be a new haircut and my fiance told me he still has a surprise for me for 50lbs lost. I can't wait to get home on Friday and find out what it is!

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: Usually with some sort of craft supplies. Yarn, knitting needles, oils or colors for soaps.
