welcome! yeah, i myself have slacked in the eating real food department. i'm going to get back on that track and even going organic. so much junk still in so many foods that most people think are "real". so yeah...lots of luck to you and we'll see ya around here. :)

Welcome to our team. I have been a member of Sparks for several years and I worked on eating real food and it has worked for me and my Hubby. We use real food. First I had to give up my big vice which was sodas......and replace with water. That was the hard first step. We then began cooking from scratch because we can control what is in our food. No premade and no prmixed. We use fresh or frozen fruits and veggie,,,,,plain nothing added. I was pushing a 22w on the way to a 24W when I started. I am not exactly where I want tobe, but I have a figure and feel good in my clothes. It was not easy, but I would not have made it without Sparks and all the tools, articles and my teammates that have cheered me on in this journey. It is not a diet,but a lifestyle chance to make it happen. It s not an overnight change, but a commitment to yourself and a desire to be a healthier person

Hello. I am new to the team. I am looking forward to interacting with everyone. I am here to give and receive support. I am trying to make changes to eating real foods and shying away from processed foods. Processed foods often contain more sodium. I am trying to cut down on sodium because I am trying to regulate blood pressure through diet and exercise. So far I have a done a pretty good job.
