Hello, Sue, and welcome!

How lucky you were to grow up with farmers markets available to you! We're fortunate to have market days, and a new grocers called Sprouts that carries locally grown produce and whole foods - it's small, but great to have.

It really is hard to get completely away from processed foods, but, we do try, don't we!

Hope you'll share your favorite finds and recipes with us,

Alysia :)

Hi My name is Sue. I decided to join this team because I am in need of changing my eating habits.. I love food. I just need to start buying the right kinds of food. Not the processed unhealthy kind. I grew up in the country, going to the farmers markets and eating healthy fruits and vegetables... but some where along the way I started craving unhealthy processed foods. I want to get back on track and back to my old healthy eating habits.
