I'm new here, but not to 190 ville. I was actually in the 180s for about a month last summer but the holidays hit hard this year. I gained about 6 pounds and am determined to get back on the road to my goal.

I am still hanging out in the 190's. The high 190's . I sure hope to be out of here by 2019.

Can I do it? Need to put my mind to it.

I need to get a bum foot attended to today. I need my foot to walk. It hurts to bad to walk on it much today.

Hi All,

I am here and on the 200-ville..back to SP after being on WW. Lost 20# in 18 months..needed a change. I am doing something I never do..really..NEVER...plan my meals. It is a new thing for me..so I will be chatting about the process.

I am dealing with recuperating from two operations. The one being on my foot so my mobility is very limited now. Which means burning calories is down real low. This makes it harder to lose the weight. I had one positive thing this week. I am now officially into a size 14 pants. It was such a nice feeling to give away my size 16 pants! emoticon Since December 6th I am down 62 lbs. Just think 7 more lbs. and for the first time in decades I will no longer be considered obese

Good morning team. I'm Julie. I just arrived in 190-ville this morning. I've been "down south" (145) before but after the loss of a dear friend I let my weight go back north. I didn't gain everything back so that is a blessing. Emotions are so hard to control sometimes. I hope to work on dealing with things as well as losing the weight again.

I made it to the half way point. Weighed in today at 195 lbs. I would have been close to leaving this ville but I have been a little off track the last couple of weeks. At least I didn't pig out and wind up in Twoterville again. I don't ever want to go back their! My next goal is 180ville. Sad to say I am the only one their because their was no 180ville or 170ville so I started a new team 180ville. No one has joined so I'm their all by myself. After that my goal is 185 lbs. When I reach that weight I will no longer be considered obese. Besides entering Onederville 185lbs and a loss of 100 lbs.(176 lbs.) will be the high light of my weight loss journey! emoticon emoticon

I finally arrived! emoticon The scale read 199lbs. on Saturday. Today Tuesday , the scale read 198lbs. My immediate goal is to drop a few lbs. so I'm not teetering on the 200's. It's so easy to gain a few lbs. with water fluctuation etc. I am hoping my stay won't be to long. I am being very realistic. The closer you get to your goal, the slower the weight will come off. I am hoping I can get into 180ville before that happens! emoticon emoticon

6 more lbs. and I will be officially back in this ville. I am starting to get excited because I am at my halfway point in 200ville.I hope by the middle of April I can be back in this ville that is if my body will cooperate.

Wow! No post here since 2016! Over 2 yrs. Anyway I don't know if anyone is in this ville. As I said before it really doesn't matter because I use these villes as a weight loss journal plus they help me out so much. It's easy to lose weight by 10 lb. increments. When you say I have 100 lbs. to lose you can get very discouraged! The scale read 208 lbs. this morning so the countdown to Onderland begins. I was only in this ville once before that was in July 2015. It only lasted for a few days. emoticon This time once I enter Onederland I'm not leaving. I hope my weight loss doesn't slow down till I can get back into this ville! emoticon emoticon

Just dropping by to say goodbye to everyone. I hate to leave the team since I wanted to be so much a part of it when I started a while ago. I actually went to the administrators of Spark and asked to be a leader on here to keep the team running while the other leader was MIA. She is back now so I took myself off as leader to let her have her team back. I have been working hard at my weight and learning new healthier habits which has made it possible for me to finally after many years to be able to leave 190-ville! As of today I am down to 188.0. When I reset my spark page a while ago I was at 198. My highest weight in 2011 was 206. It has been a rough up and down journey, but I can tell you that being persistent and letting the new healthy habits kick in has turned things around for me. I'll never say it was easy!! I'm a chocoholic through and through! I can't keep it in the house! I'm one cookie or piece of cake away from total failure. I look at my weight as a disease I have to cure myself of. It has taken giving up a lot of the foods I used to eat which weren't healthy for me. Developing gluten and lactose intolerance has helped a bit, but there is always the alternative food--gluten and dairy free which is just as many calories. I guess I have finally reached the place I'm totally sick of the way I looked and am finally determined to do something about it. It is a daily battle, but I feel I'm winning! Slow and steady. Just doing real food---no special diet plans or ways of eating. I keep away from gluten and dairy and just watch my portions. I also drink 8 cups of water a day and walk a mile a day. I'll be a while making my goal, but I'm not going back to where I was!
I am a leader on two great teams---Having Faith in Florida and Seeking the Right Path to Succeed. Both are keeping me pretty busy so I feel it is time to bow out of 190-ville and concentrate on my leadership responsibilities. I just want to wish you all the very best on your journeys. Just remember you are so worth the effort it will take to get where you want to be. Ask yourself if that "what ever" you want to eat is worth the dead calories. Get out that outfit that you haven't worn in a while and be determined that you will wear it again! Take it in baby steps a day at a time and you will succeed! Wishing you all the best on your journey. Will look for you on the blogs and maybe on my other teams! Take care!

Wow! What great news! Time for me to give up the cookies for good!! My husband got the ones I had put in the freezer, but he is going to have to eat them all! I'm done! We tend to eat pretty much REAL food, but I will really be more mindful of it now. Thanks!!!

Eileen...I have some Great News...I've been doing things all backwards to what we have been taught and the weight is burning off me effortlessly...WITHOUT Exercise...Simply By Changing in my DEAD FOODS and DEAD THOUGHTS...For HEALTHY FOODS AND HAPPY THOUGHTS...I just checked this morning and I have shed -4 pounds in the last 5 days (But that is not fair...I have been HAPPY HORMONE RAGE OVERLOAD.) But I have managed to shed -13 pounds in the last 22 days following THIS Plan! I've been shedding about -3 pounds each week before this past 5 days...when I went into HAPPY HORMONE INFERNO Mode and Shed -4 in 5 days! I feel good...I knew that I would now!!! We must Purge the Dead Foods and Dead Thoughts in order to Achieve our HEALTHIEST Versions of ourselves. WHOOOOO!!! We CAN Do this...and I know how...Stop by my Library if you want to know more. A rainy day here in the sunshine state. So foggy I can't see the river which is very visible from our door normally. Guess it's going to be like this all day. Good day to stay in with a book. Will have to do more walking tomorrow. My house is quite small---40x13 feet so walking in here doesn't get me far ; ) Hope everyone is doing okay. Tomorrow is my weigh in day. Sure hoping for good news. Love being here with all of you, but want to get closer to my goal.

Have been on the team reading blogs this morning. Really trying to keep in touch and make this team worth coming to. I'm using it as my motivation to get out of 190-ville! I've been here way too long. It's been a boot in the butt to me in that it has gotten me up and out every day (unless it rains) to do my walk around the community and get 8 cups of water in. Both took some doing, but I'm making it! My walk is now just over a mile and I do it at a brisk pace. I'm so determined to get this weight off!!! I'm really watching what I eat. Cutting back has helped my reflux problem a lot. Feeling much better. I'm trying to think of what it was like when I was at my goal weight. I looked so much better! My husband has never seen me at any weight except what I'm at. Wonder what he will think........

Not a nice day here today unless you like pouring rain. No walking today!! I did get out for two walks yesterday so I guess that takes care of today ; )
Finally got an appointment to see the gastroenterologist!!! Can't see him until February 24! Oh, well. I know what I have to do to feel better which will also help me lose weight. Eat very little!! No chocolate ; ( have to watch tomato based things, and any spices. Eat small portions and drink water to keep it all down! Maybe by the time I go there will be a lot less of me ---that would be fine ; )
Just vegging out today and going to get some reading done. When the sun comes out again I'll be out walking the streets here. Hope your day is going well.

Good morning everyone! Hope your week has been a good one. Hope also that you are making progress on your weight loss. I'm kind of stuck, but working at it! Tomorrow is weigh in day. Sure hope it is better news.
Beautiful day here today. I should get up and go for a walk, but here I sit. I did join a challenge on another team to get up and do something so will be working at that soon.
Does anyone have any ideas for a thread for the Fun things Forum? I'm not good at things like that and could use some suggestions. It's your team too so jump in!! Hope to see more activity on here. Lets all get busy leaving 190-ville!!!!

I got up this morning with determination to leave 190 ville! I've been here way too long! I actually gained three pounds on our trip up to Maine last month. Too much sitting around and eating.....that ends today!
I remember my former doctor asking me "what are you doing to yourself?" when I weighed 190. I now weigh 195.2 and know I'm hurting myself. I hate the way I look and know I am the only one who can do anything about it! Saw this team and decided to join up in hopes that I can be motivated to at least weigh in regularly and maybe leave this horrible town! Hope to be a motivation to others on here. Lets move on together!!!

It's been three weeks now & I have 1/2 lb. to lose to be back where I started on 7/8 when I arrived here. No more detours! I got to try real hard to get out of this ville so I can put some distance between me and Twoterville. I will admit it's hard with going over the club or camper. When I stay home things are much easier for me to eat healthy. emoticon emoticon

I finally got here three weeks ago then went off track. emoticon I'm back on track since yesterday & trying to undo the damage I did then go on from their. It may take a little while but I'm determined as ever. emoticon I would love to see 189 by the end of Sept. If I work hard I think it is doable! The big question is, will my body cooperate? I think if I don't go off track again & stay within my calorie range & keep moving I can see 180ville emoticon emoticon

I finally made it! This is my 1st time in 190ville.The day I have been waiting for has finally arrived. I still can't believe it. I DID IT! ONEDERLAND!!! The scale read 199.5 this morning. It took 5 yrs. to achieve this day! I am so happy to be here! I want to marching on down to the 7th floor so I'm not teetering between two villes. I do not under any circumstance want to see a 2 in front of my weight ever again!

yesterday wifit went up to 68 but the good news is that I almost did not get on it. I did not do the full 30 minutes but I got on. so today is weigh in day. I may do some exercise on wii before going esp since I am up so early. lol

Home scale up so that means serious work. I did get on Wii yesterday. I will work on making it consistent. I hope everyone is doing well. Congratulations to all the losers and to all the turtles well done it is awesome it wasn’t a gain. To the gainers I know you can turn that into a loss. Look back over the week and tweak up your eating or exercise. I been there and know where I went wrong to make my gain happen. Now the scale says up so to get it to say down I need to make changes. Make the best of the week and let's see those changes. Remember if you gain look for the positive you did this week. Did you exercise awesome. Did you measurements change. Awesome. Did you give up a treat. Awesome. So look for those non scale victories too.

a very busy week. new hospice company so we get new people. they seem to be nice but the last one too only they did not have an aide for us.

i planned my food menu now to do a exercise plan. that is my hardest due to feeling guilty at leaving mom alone with dad.

friday take mom to doctor. next week it should be less stressful.

HI Leslie! Hope things went ok for your mom at doc office. I had 2 dinners out with friends this weekend. Was not perfect but by far better than normal...and then yesterday, totally back on plan. I was disappointed that just a couple meals out, some over indulgence but not crazy...made scale go up 2 lbs. UGH! I sort of thought sunday doing good would make it break even.... Oh well..Today is a new day! Gotta keep at this...

off to doctors mom has to go twice this week and twice next week. yep we are getting the cold snap too. but guess what can i except after all it is January. I know scale will be up today but need to get some exercise in and watch those calories .
no more birthdays till february. but son is having grandson at chucky cheese. hope they have salads or i am bringing a bag lunch.
