Hi there! My name is Lisa and I just joined sparkpeople. I have about 20lbs I would really like to lose and have made some changes towards that goal: giving up sugar and constructing a standing desk at work. I would really love to get back into exercising more and I know I stick to it better when I have someone else to do it with and be accountable to. At the moment I am very slowly getting back into running but would like to add something else to that (hot yoga, kickboxing, zumba maybe?) Anyone interested in joining me?
