I quit when I was about 65, I'm glad I did. It was a battle and I almost gave up several times. That was more than 5 yrs ago and I still belong to the NOPE group.

I turned 65 in March. I have been smoking since I was at least 16 have had lung problems the majority of my life before and after smoking. Recently as of this past Saturday I was hospitalized for the 3rd time because of my COPD. I had been planning on quitting had my e cig kit ready but not quick enough. As of now I haven't smoked since Saturday when I left for the hospital I have been home two days yesterday was the worse as far as cravings.

My plan to stay smoke free I know it's going to be hard this is not my first time to quit, I have quit for three years and started again. I pray I make it to complete freedom this time around.
