My fiance is 100% disabled and he gets all his medical care free when he broke his leg in may of this year the VA is still not paying for all the hospital, he had to have surgery , ortho etc.xray we keep appealing it and even the ambulance they wont pay so in the next few days I have a folder with bills they need to pay and i am going to the business and raise a stink. even a few years back he had a stroke and that is over 43,000 and they wotn pay them. so I hear you about trying to get your 100% I volunteer at the va picking up and dropping off patients for their appointments. so i hear alot about the va not wanting to pay the bills.
its sad, a few people I know went thru treatment at the v.a. and the doctor put them at a higher % so they can get more. as long as you can get a doctor to give you a higher% of disablility it works to your goal of receiving 100%.
it may take a while but dont give up. good luck to all. take care
