I agree with Amarylnh, start with small Spark steps, and you'll find your way around! There is a LOT to this site, it's grown so much since I started years ago....but I think if you start with the first challenge, take it slowly, build gradually, you'll be a Spark pro in no time! I think the fast break 2 week challenge is the initial starting point of the program just to dip your toe in the waters.

Glad I found you all!! And that is the one thing I am thankful for today (The thankful challenge) Speaking of challenges, I joined that challenge but cannot figure out how to be accountable for it. In all my days of hiking and bushwhacking, I've never been as lost as I am trying to find my way around SparkPeople! Anyway, I loved activities that got me outside especially hiking and backpacking. Unfortunately a major life change and I've basically been a couch potato for 4 years. I can't wait to get back out there and I'm dusting the x-country skiis off. Feeling really motivated to take my life back!
