Since I'm an old person I'm finding it hard to go out when it's really cold. Right now I'm working out and doing indoor walking with the Leslie Sansone videos which do really get the heart rate up and use energy. Then when the temperature gets a bit better I will go back outside. I want to have endurance built up so when I go hiking again I'm not starting over.

Hi! Hiking is a great way to get fit and burn calories. Just don't go out for a big meal after the hike!

I have been on spark for a while.I am just starting to post on Teams.I love hiking and am hoping to get back into it .I am going to start off with some smaller trails at some state parks near my home.
