emoticon to the team!! Climbing Guadalupe sounds like a wonderful goal, similar to my own hiking goals! I totally agree that hiking is a fantastic workout but does not seem like 'exercise' in the slightest - and boy can it ever burn some calories!

Hello, I love to hike and I am excited to find this SparkTeam. I'm not new to Sparkpeople, but new to teams.

The thing I love most about hiking is being out in nature -and that makes it feel less like exercise, but it sure is a great workout.. I have a hiking goal this year of hiking to the top of Guadalupe Peak - the highest point in Texas.
