Do any of you Katy Sparkers go to the Katy YMCA on Westheimer Parkway? I just go to walk on the treadmill, but if any of you also go on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons around 4:00 or 5:00 pm, let me know. It would be fun to meet up.

Hi Karen. Welcome to the team. Glad you are with us. I also don't use the YMCA (we aren't particularly helpful today), but we do post about our workouts and try to keep each other accountable that way. Maybe you can find someone at the YMCA that would be a workout buddy.
You know what to do and I am certain you will do it well with the help of Spark People and your friends here on the team.

Hi Karen, I know the Busybeedebra goes to the YMCA at Cinco Ranch, but not sure if anyone goes to that one. Having a workout buddy makes your new lifestyle so much easier.

Hi everyone! I'm Karen and am trying to get back on track with my life :) Need to lose around 30 pounds and I know I can do it!!!! I've cleaned the house of bad food and filled the fridge with fresh veggies and fruit so if I 'have' to snack when I don't need to, my options are at least healthy LOL.
I've rejoined the Langham Creek YMCA and am looking to find a work out buddy.
