Here we are already tracking our steps in JUNE.
My leg is still not 100% but I walk as much as I can without over doing it. I am behind in my overall step count but I do what I can. As long as I am moving I look at it as a WIN!
I try to walk 5 miles every day.

April another month gone! It was a slow month for me as far as walking steps. The pulled thigh muscle just wouldn't heal and my miles suffered greatly.
I am now 90% better ( rest, ice, Advil, leg brace) so I am looking forward to getting back out there and walking ( slowly) every day.

Our weather has finally become warm and sunny up into the 70sF
I haven't walked as much as I normally would this month due to a sprained muscle in my leg. Just doing the best I can and it is slowly improving. Still walking but I am much s l o w e r now. LOL

Our weather was wonderful yesterday. A friend and I walked about three and a half miles. I proceeded to put another three miles on my tracker during the rest of the day. When I noticed I only needed to get another half a mile to make it seven I went out and walked. I was pretty excited.

This time is THE time!

Another rainy day here. I took a quick walk this morning, in the drizzle, so I could finish up my MARCH distance steps. So far I am on track for the years with steps & miles.

I had a late start walking today but I managed to walk a hundred calories then take a break sitting in the massage chair, sparking and then walk another 100. So on and so further. Its about 27 mins to walk 100 calories at the slower pace I chose today. Slowly but sure my steps are adding up through the day.

Good luck. I know we can do it, everyday emoticon

When I first joined this challenge I was doubtful but said ok, I'll give it a try. So far, I have walked every day & now have passed 33 miles. My goal is to do no less than 1 mile per day and have only had 1 day with less than 1 mile. Haven't lost any weight but excited about my progress in getting fit.

Enola - Have fun with the puzzle. I definitely know the pain of losing slowly, then gaining quickly! Congratulations!

It has been a crazy, busy week! I have taken care of my grandchildren 5 out of 6 days. The one day I didn't have them, two of my sisters came over for a quilting bee to make a cousin a quilt to have while she has chemo.

Good Sunday morning team! I'm getting ready for my day... preplanned my food and snacks, and now getting ready to tackle my 120 minutes for moving our team's plane. I plan to walk for the minutes, both outdoors and indoors. I earned my first snowflake this week! emoticon 62.15 miles to go until I meet my first marker!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Yesterday was church. My husband and I teach grade school Sunday School. It is so good to be teaching again! After church, my son dropped off his kids, so he and his wife could take their oldest daughter on a birthday date. One of the girls helped me make her matching doll dress. I enjoy sewing with my grands! After they left, I looked up on the computer peach lotion (I am almost out) and saw that Bath & Body Works had a sale going on. So, my DH, DD DGD and I headed to the Outlet Mall. After supper we had a family movie night and watched Cool Running (a movie about the Jamaican Bobsled Olympic team). Good Day!

Yesterday I

1) Spot cleaned my dogs mattress and cleaning around his bedding area with my new spot cleaner

2)Put dogs bedding back together. Folded laundry, did dishes, washing more laundry.

3)Cleaned his closet. Spot vacuum that carpet.

4) Spot cleaned my coach.

5) Spot cleaned my living room and dining room floors, did dishes.

6) Did dishes and laundry.

From 9am till 6am. With a lot of lengthy breaks in between

Today I need to put Christmas stuff away that I just laid in the basement, dry a load of laundry and have some me time. Then walk the treadmill a bit.

I feel like I am the only Garmin user.

I have just had the worst luck with fitbits so I stopped getting them.

My Garmin made it a whole year with not one issue.

Every fitbit I had lasted about 3-4 months. They are good about replacing them for free within the year but that really is a pain.

I love my Garmin and won't go back to fitbit.

Well my FitBit ALTA tracker died yesterday after many many years. So today I bought myself a new FitBit Inspire 2 tracker. It is charged and downloaded to the FitBit dashboard and I am ready to roll!!! 2020 I came up short so this year the push is on to make that 2,021 miles.

Hubby bought me the new Fitbit Sense for Christmas and birthday (2 days after Christmas) I had a charge 2 but I had to force sync it as it had stopped automatically syncing. So far I'm liking the Fitbit Sense but it took a bit of setting up as I didn't know where and how to find some of the places to allow notifications etc.

I have Premium free for 6 months. I haven't set it up yet as its $15AUD per month after the free trial finishes. Is Premium worth it?

My total mileage for 2020 was 1380 miles. I hope to do more this year and hope for no more Covid19 restrictions.

Good Morning! I have already done my walk with Leslie Sansone. I have a Fitbit One. It is supposed to automatically sync, but doesn't. I have to sync it on my computer.

Sometimes it takes 3-4 times to get it to sync. Be sure to disconnect and reconnect your bluetooth too.

i have a fitbit i think a charge 2...seems like i have had it for years...but i can't get it to sync..i can look at the app and find my totals...but if i don't sync.. it doesn't record...
also if i am golfing and holding on to the walking cart...it doesn't record steps unless my arm is also moving...so that is very fustrating...maybe time for another...but i hate to buy anything when the "old" one works..

I have a Fitbit charge 3 and my DH has a Versa. I also have the Aria scale so my Fitbit syncs when I weigh myself. I have not had trouble with my Fitbit yet. Sometimes my DH has trouble with his Versa with syncing. I think it is because he never opens the app on his phone to look at it but I am not sure.

I use a Fitbit. My Charge 3 lasted 3 full years and I just got a Charge 4, no issues to date. Someday when I feel flush I will look at an Apple Watch so that I can sync with my tech savvy kids.

HELP!! My fitbit is throwing a FIT!! Now I GET THE NAME!!!!|

Oh I hope that's NOT TRUE of my car, it's a Honda FIT!!

I'm going to after I get the numbers off it for 2020 ,,, delete all the info, than reload it again. It's ADDING MEGA STEPS to it by 10 AM!! There's NO WAY I walked 13,000 miles laying in bed!!

I'm open to hearing what type of smart watch others have, I've read so much about fitbits having a FIT and I always hated the constant hassle I've had when they do updates (often).

Do you recommend yours? Why? Why not?

2021 miles divided by 365 days = 5.6 miles/day. For me that is about 13,000 steps daily, I can't wait to get started!
