Hi everyone! I'm new here. 28 yrs old. Mom to an 11 month old boy. 185 lbs. 5"5 and super unhappy with the weight. After having my son things really changed with my body and just lifestyle in general. I want to lose the weight for myself. It's uncomfortable to carry around and I'm also concerned for my health. I've noticed that the weight is causing stress and that stress is causing me to eat more. 😩 crappy cycle. My partner is verbally supportive but doesn't really care to help me with diet or exercise so I really would love a friend/weight loss buddy, and would love someone to walk with at least a few times a week to shed the weight.
My goal is to lose at least 30 lbs by July 2018. I'm from northern NJ. I'd like a female friend, a mommy friend would be great but I'm open to anyone in the jersey area to go on this journey with.
I'm open to low carb diets, keto, intermittent fasting, water fasting, mostly vegeterian, vegan meals, non-veggie/vegan meals, smoothies/juicing etc. I'm really not picky just want to cut out sugar and junk food! I was really skeptical about this but never knew this existed til today and it feels like a relief to know I'm not alone. I hope I can find someone to lose weight with and help each other.
