My advise is to stop thinking about losing the weight and focus on Living a healthy lifestyle. That is where the long term goals will come into effect. Once, you get your mind off of the weight it will come off. Sometimes the less you have to lose the harder it is to lose it. So, don't stress it. Just know that you are living a good healthy lifestyle and everything else will fall into place.

Below is the link to another team that you might find helpful. It's the 5% Challenge. It's an 8 Week Challenge of about 12 Teams that race virtually around the world using exercise minutes as miles. We also focus on a specific healthy habit each week. We are in the signup period now where you joint the overall team, then join a smaller individual team to be a part of the race. Start date for the actual race has not been set yet, so check it out. They will also give Motivational topics to help you on your journey. Hope to see you there.

Hi everyone Im new to using the spark people app. Ive started my weight loss and healthy living lifestyle about 5 months ago and am always looking for tips, and advise! I havent seen much improvement upon my weight loss goals and its getting somewhat frustrating. Im 27, 5'4 and 150 lbs. Id like to get down to 130. I have toned in some areas and my clothing fits more comfortably, but Im having issues blasting unwanted fat around my mid section and hips.
I hit the gym 3 times a week, aim for 30-45 mins of cardio and i will work upper body, middle and lower body throughout the week. I eat well, incorporating food groups and rarely snack. I am getting 6-8 hours a sleep daily. Am i missing something?
