emoticon Judy! When I first started I took 5-10 minutes per day to track my food. Within a month I found I had a big list of "Favorites" and the process was less daunting. There have been stretches of time where I did the "quick track" of nutrition and exercise.
My mother who followed WW also used the tools in SP. She has been successful and guided me to this site years ago.
Glad you found the site. I hope you find it as helpful as I have.

Hello Judy and welcome!
The site can seem a bit daunting at first, but you will get the hang of it soon. The best place to start would be to get familiar with your nutrition and exercise trackers and then carry on from there.
In my short experience here, everyone has been very nice and helpful so far. I think you will like it here :) Good luck on meeting your goals! emoticon

This is my first time joining any kind of on-line group except for taking on-line classes. I am excited but it does seem a bit overwhelming, so much information. I desperately want to lose weight to avoid health issues and have seen Sparkpeople's website before. I have joined WW many times and my success has been up and down. Here's hoping....
