Congratulations on losing 20 pounds. Most likely your weight gain did not happen overnight, taking it slow may the the way for you to go; just don't stop what you are doing.

Have lost 10 lbs since last October, I know it's slow, but I'm determined to keep it off, and continue to lose. Also need to keep my blodd sugars in check, and lower so that I can get and keep good control. An injury sidelined me from exercise and I am still dealing with it,( shoulder) But I do want to start exercising again. Been starting slow, by walking the dog( since the weather is getting nicer) And trying to get out and about on weekends, doing things,( the park, a craft fair, things where walking is required in order to enjoy yourself.)

Nice to meet yu all in advance, please don't be shy about saying hello. There is strength in numbers, and with us all pulling for each opther and cheering each other on, we can ALL reach our goals.
