In the food tracker you can get a menu for the day. I seldom use it but it is there and I do get ideas for new recipes to use. The Spark Solution emoticon book also has planned menus and shopping lists.

Hi there ~ I am embarking on a new journey. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I will be celebrating my 43rd birthday tomorrow and I need to make a change. I want to become healthy & be around for a long time for my daughter and my husband. I came to join SparkPeople after hearing about a Biggest Loser contestant using the site after being voted off the show. I know I have it in me to succeed...I am ready to succeed. My only fear is the whole making a menu. I never did good with Weight Watchers, I just didn't have time to track points...it required just too much work. Shakes and pills are no good for me as I am a border High Blood pressure patient...but Diabetes late in life has struck my Mom and my Aunt and I don't want that to be my outcome. I suffer daily headaches, I have IBS that has me eating the most awful things because they don't trigger any stomach issues, & I just ache so much because I don't move off the couch once my day has settled down.
Does anyone know if SparkPeople make menus for you?

It is nice to meet you all and I look forward to sharing my journey with you all!
