I try to get 10,000 steps every day ....I probably hit that 3/4 times a week. The other times I get pretty close. My drs been trying to regulate my thyroid meds but it takes some time for everything to kick in.

Lived here all my life here for much the same reason as everyone else here.

I'm really trying to be more active but have no energy because of my thyroid issues. Any one else have this problem and have any suggestion?
