emoticon to the team. You have come to the right place. Have you tried tracking your food? I have found that very helpful. There is a lot of information available here. One thing that goes with tracking your food is portion size, which was an eye opener for me when I started. Don't try to change everything at once. Start with small doable changes and continue from there. Good luck on your journey. emoticon

Greetings newly extended family. I'm excited to embark on this new journey. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach my goal in the past. I do workout. I will lose but very slowly it seems which discourages me. I am a mother of 3, a truck driver, who works the night shift. My new hours are 5 p.m. till 3. A.m. my sleep is always interupted because there is so much to do during the day. School transportation, groceries, bills, gym, LIFE! Some times as I'm unwinding for bed. I want a snack. Belvita breakfast bars, cereal (with milk), yogurt, grapefruit. Then when I return from dropping off kids in the a.m I will eat breakfast before going back to bed. I'm told breakfast is important and should be eaten. Personally not a fan. My favorite if I can choose is fish with grits.yummy! I've tried adjusting eating schedules to the time I'm awake but I get 6 hours of sleep on a good day. I am a pescaterian and i don't eat eggs at all but I love yogurt. I'm chobani has the most protein. I've been thin in my head for years. How and can you help me to match my outside with my vision? Sorry for the long wind but there's so many questions. Thanking you I'm advance
