Hi everyone, I am brand new to Spark and try to figure out how to balance healthy eating, workout time, taking care of a family and work full time....If anybody has suggestions, please....let me know...

Hi All. I'm new to Spark People and looks like I'm pushing the wrong buttons to post! LOL! Well, here goes. I live in Central Jersey. I'm dieting using the Weight Watchers plan and Skinny Fiber. Looking for accountability partners and support to get that all important exercise in!!!

Hi Sherrio. I'm new to Spark too. I live in Central Jersey and follow the Weight Watchers plan and use Skinny Fiber. My main challenge right now is scheduling the time for working out. I work incredibly long hours and rarely get a full night's rest so its hard to pull myself up to get to the gym. Working on those lifestyle changes to overcome that because exercise is sooo important. What's your biggest challenge?

Hi All. I live in SJ. I don't remember how I found this site (maybe it found me). Spark seems interesting with soooo much to do and plenty of ways to stay in touch. I get to the gym most days. For the past 3 weeks, I do either 30 minutes cardio; or combination of cardio and circuit training for 60 minutes. It's a challenge. I need to lose 20-30 lbs. I am conscious of my diet and blood glucose levels. Looking for words of encouragement.
