emoticon to the team! There is a lot here for everyone. We all have one issue or another with food. I love carbs also especially if there is chocolate on or in them. Although I am doing better there are still those days. Please don't be afraid of challenges, they are meant to encourage you to do better, and you do get good feed back and encouragement from the others. When YOU are ready a good one to start with is the 10 minute a day challenge. You only fail to succeed if you don't try. That being said you can make only so many changes at a time and there is a lot here to figure out. So take you time and look around and jump in when YOU are ready. emoticon emoticon

Stopping by to say hello and introduce myself. Hoping to be an "older" Jersey Girls Rock by end of July lol and today is Day 1 of my new way of lifestyle eating. I haven't joined any challenges for fear I won't succeed. I'll wait a little while...til I'm more confident with myself and choices of food. It's really hard for me, carbo-holic & overeater!
